The Networking and Networking Services course covers the basic Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) configuration and the commands used for troubleshooting. It covers the information that relate to network hardware, network addressing, and configuring Linux for local network. It introduces the learner to different types of super servers. This course also includes the concepts that relate to configuring basic mail, configuring Samba and Network File System (NFS), and configuring Apache. Additionally, it covers concepts of configuring Domain Name System (DNS), and configuring Secure Shell (SSH).
